01Where we ship
We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union and to Switzerland.
02Shipping costs
- EU: free shipping on orders above € 250. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Switzerland: shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery and are borne by the customer.
03Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are typically 2–7 business days within the EU and 3–10 business days to Switzerland after dispatch.
0430-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels attached. To start a return, e-mail info@gss-analytics.com with your order number; we will send you return instructions. This voluntary return policy applies in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights (see our Terms & Conditions).
05Refunds
Once the returned goods have arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original order (EUR or CHF).
06Exchanges and repairs — Besa
A promise that cannot be broken: if a seam fails or a zip gives out within the first two years of normal wear, contact us — we repair before we replace. Size exchanges are handled as a return and new order to make sure your piece from the limited run is reserved.
